Colin DeCunha
Broker of Record
Colin DeCunha is a well-respected real estate broker who has been licensed for over 35 years. He got his start in the industry as an in-house sales representative for a commercial developer concentrating on leasing and land acquisition.
Since founding Red Leaf Real Estate Ltd. in 1990, Colin has a sole concentration on selling land, primarily residential with some forays into industrial sales.
Colin is a very active and valued member of his community and is a past full-term board member of Peel Children’s Centre. For over 15 years Colin founded, organized and was the prime (and sometimes sole!) donor to a turkey drive where he handed out over 10,000 turkeys to families in need through Mississauga food banks. For his contributions to his community, Colin has received the prestigious Ontario Volunteer Service Award, City of Mississauga Civic Award and the Food Path Community Service Award.
Colin is a member in good standing with the Toronto Real Estate Board since 1996. He is also a member of BILD and Canadian Home Builders Association.

Ian Quirk

Ian brings over 30 years of Land and Industrial Real Estate experience. He has been directly involved in Real Estate transactions in excess of $300 million including $200 million of development transactions.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and enjoys the fact that no two deals are ever the same, rising to the challenge of putting together complex sales.

Deborah DeCunha
Vice President - Sales Representative
Debbie has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Her expertise was in new home sales and home décor before transitioning into land and development sales with Red Leaf Real Estate.
Debbie has won numerous awards over her career including Professional of the Year from PMA Brethour and runner-up for the National BILD award for New Home Sales Team.
She is a member of Ontario Real Estate Association and Canadian Real Estate Association.
In her spare time Debbie enjoys tending to her magnificent gardens and spending time with her grandchildren.
Adam Grmusa
Sales Representative
In 2015 Adam Grmusa, joined Red Leaf Real Estate beginning a long term passion for the commercial real estate industry.
Coming from a building and construction background, Adam has been a licensed home inspector with InterNACHI, and has worked with two top builders in the GTA in their warranty division.
Adam has worked and gained experience in every facet of the company. After graduating with a Political Science degree from Brock University, Adam found his niche in commercial real estate.
Research, Sales, and Negotiation are his areas of expertise and he sums up his position as “My goal is to get the best outcome for my client.”
In his spare time, he enjoys staying active by playing baseball and basketball and spending time with his two young boys. His large and extended family is a major part of his life and most of the best times he has had has been with them.
“Honesty and Integrity are two values my parents instilled in me at a young age, and remain today the two most important values when I am conducting business.”
Adam is licensed under The Real Estate and Business Brokerage Act and continually upgrades his knowledge base by attending many real estate seminars, and continuing education courses.

Natalie Grmusa
Broker
Natalie is a Real Estate Broker, and has been in the real estate industry since 2006. She has had great success with high rise and low rise new homes sales, high rise and low rise resale and leasing, as well as commercial leasing, land sales, and development.
Natalie is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Council of Ontario, and the Building Industry and Land Development Association.
